Delayed MCTR Guidance Unacceptable, Rep. Kiley Calls on Commissioner O’Donnell to Issue Immediate Clarification

Washington, D.C. (2/7/2023) – Today, Rep. Kiley sent a follow-up letter to IRS Commissioner Doug O’Donnell in response to an IRS Statement asking millions of California taxpayers to delay filing their returns regarding a lack of clarity on the taxability of the MCTR.
