Representative Kiley Responds to Removal of University President

WASHINGTON –Representative Kiley (R-CA) released the following statement after Sonoma State University President Mike Lee was placed on leave for appeasing an unlawful campus encampment by making anti-Semitic policy changes.

Rep. Kiley has introduced House Resolution 1212 condemning universities that make concessions to unlawful encampments. At a Judiciary Committee Subcommittee hearing yesterday, Rep. Kiley called for the removal of Sonoma State’s President and discussed similar appeasement at Harvard and other universities.
