WASHINGTON – Today Representative Kevin Kiley (R-CA) sent a letter to FAA Administrator Michael Whitaker following his disputed testimony before the Aviation Subcommittee. Whitaker advanced a number of apparent falsehoods in explaining the FAA’s decisions with respect to SpaceX launches.
