Representative Kiley Criticizes CA Assembly Special Session and Addresses Fires in LA

WASHINGTON – Today Representative Kevin Kiley (R-CA) released the following statement regarding the CA Assembly’s Special Session and the Fires in LA:

“As Los Angeles and the surrounding area continue to burn, Governor Newsom has called the California Assembly Supermajority into a special session not to fund fire or public safety, but to pick a political fight with the incoming Trump Administration,” Rep. Kiley said. “Our state urgently needs action, not political theater and more partisan games.”
