Rep. Kiley’s Resolution Condemning Anti-Semitism on College Campuses Passes House
WASHINGTON – Representative Kevin Kiley (R-CA) released the following statement after passage of H. Res. 798. The Resolution was a joint effort incorporating language from separate Resolutions offered by Rep. Kiley and Rep. Owens.
“Following a number of deeply disturbing anti-Semitic incidents at colleges and universities, Congress has come together on a bipartisan basis and sent a clear message: nothing could further from the values of our country or the purposes of higher education. University faculties and administrators must follow suit by condemning anti-Semitism in the strongest terms, disavowing any on-campus activities supporting Hamas terrorists, and assuring students of all backgrounds can feel safe. ”
