Kiley Urges Residents to Prepare for Storm, Office Ready to Assist

“The National Weather Service has warned of another major storm system headed for Northern California. The heavy snow and excessive rain may lead to flash floods, with burn scars, roads, and small streams most vulnerable. I urge all residents to take appropriate steps to prepare.
