Kiley Co-Sponsors Forest Protection and Wildland Firefighter Safety Act of 2023

Washington, D.C. (3/14/2023) – Today, Rep. Kiley joined Representatives Doug LaMalfa (R-CA) and Jimmy Pannetta (D-CA) in introducing the Forest Protection and Wildland Firefighter Safety Act of 2023. The bill ensures that the ability of firefighters to utilize fire retardants to fight catastrophic wildfires will continue despite contentious litigation.
